Introduction

What is the 21 Day Body Builder Challenge? 

The 21 day body builder challenge is for women of all ages, sizes, fitness levels and goals who want to learn how to lift weights and sculpt a strong, sexy body. 

How does the challenge work?

I’ve seen so many challenges where you are left on your own to train and determine how and what to eat. This is not how we run our challenges!

Part of lifting weights and becoming a body builder is learning what works for you as an individual, your unique body, your dream goals. 

This is what we call the transformation journey and learning about you is not only the first step of the journey and the most important step but it’s the most forgotten one.

Why?

Because until you understand what it is you want you will continue to follow random workouts. Following workouts or purchasing items and books at random is what makes this industry a multi billion dollar annual business. You are buying into the hype.

We need to put you on the pedestal not others and ask you, “What do you want to achieve” NOT what someone else achieved! Then own it! 

Why do you think there are 100’s of different styles of skinny jeans? What about bra’s? 

Just because those jeans look good on someone else or a bra looks cute and pretty on the shelf doesn’t necessarily mean it will be what you like once you try it on. 

Let’s be real. How many times have you tried on a pair of jeans or a bra in the dressing room only to go ugh!! No way!

Let me guess… more times than not!

Same goes for workouts and the style of eating. 

This is where you gain inner strength Strategize the steps to achieve the success you desire. 

What and where is your mindset? Then strategize the steps to get you from where you are today to where you want to be tomorrow. This includes both your workouts and your nutrition. 

Without you in this equation you will be forever chasing an illusion that just doesnt exist. 

 

We work out together. You are not provided a workout and sent on your way to do the workouts. 

You’re never alone during this challenge. Our job here is to make sure you experience first hand what it’s like to live the life of a body builder. No more questions. No more confusion. No more wasting time on programs that don’t work or wondering what to do next.

You are going to be spending time with the worlds top natural, national bodybuilders and 29 other women who want to take their weight lifting and become bodybuilders.

is a weekend for women of all ages, sizes, fitness levels, and goals to learn about weight training, nutrition and how to set up a program that best fits your body. It is a place to come for inspiration and motivation and to meet other women who share similar lifestyles. Our goal is to help you look and feel your absolute best! We want you to leave the camp empowered to take on everything life has to offer- and to always believe in yourself!

 

This 21 day Body Building challenge is “one of a kind” experience. Now, it’s not going to be for every body. I don’t mean you have to be a die hard and give it your all.

Not at ALL!

In fact, you don’t have too with all the hacks, tips and secrets I have under my belt…. you’ll see 110% better results than individuals who believe or been taught they have to discipline themselves into the ground every single day. This is not what body building is about. Some people do not want to embrace self and for those that do… this is the perfect challenge for them.

Here's How The Challenge Works

Getting Started:

1⃣ Upon signing up you’ll have an assessment to fill out. This assessment comes complete with questions regarding your goals, your health, injuries and more. 

We than discuss your assessment in further detail over a Zoom call. 

This way we know what your goals are so when we work together, hang together and workout together we know what to teach you and how to strategize your eating and your workouts. 

This 1st step alone will save you; thousands of dollars, hours reading books, asking questions on social networking site trying to figure out what you should do to get started and keep going.

This program is geared towards your every day use. Even though the transformation will be good enough for stage we do not recommend this challenge to be used for competition prep.
